Ted Lasso and Teaming

How did Ted Lasso transform his team?  I shared the five-step process with Marnie Stockam and Nick Coniglio, authors of the engaging and thoughtful book Lead It Like Lasso. (Even if you have not seen the TV series, you will love the book.)

We explored five drivers to transform an organization, including:

1) How to align vision with execution to foster organizational health, growth, and achievement. Ted Lasso’s leadership shines because he builds a clear and inspiring vision for his team.

2) How to build the human side of change, which is crucial for any leader. Ted addresses the team’s emotions and creates an engaging culture.
