Demographic data collected from those completing an inventory is anonymous.  It is not connected to any personal information and is used only for research purposes.  Our statistical analysis can be found under the Admin tab at Statistical Analysis or .  If you are concerned about your privacy when taking an inventory, you can insert a number or other impersonal identifier when your name is requested for the Leadership Spectrum Profile® Report.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
