Gail Fisher specializes in leadership development, coaching, team development, strategic planning, systems change, large group interventions, creative problem solving, conflict management, and employee assistance programs. She has successfully consulted with technology firms, healthcare, government agencies, medical and legal practices, associations, and business.
Ms. Fisher's expertise targets the removal of institutional, systemic, and psychological barriers to productivity and to effect solutions for organizational success. She applies 20 years of experience to implement organizational change by providing practical steps for all stakeholders. She contributes to team design during a start-up phase as well as consultation to teams on performance enhancement.
Ms. Fisher’s consultations address adaptive strategies, problem-solving practices, and systems improvements strategies. As coach, she assists individuals, who, like organizations, must deal with constant change.
