Edith Wysong Gandy is a senior consultant working with Enterprise Management on a variety of client engagements. Edith has worked with a broad spectrum of clients including organizations such as Mercedes Benz, Citigroup, Wells Fargo Bank, Gerdau Ameristeel, SunTrust Bank, IBM, Ketchum Public Relations, Doremus, Direct Partners, Matthews Media, PNC Bank, First American, and Hancock Bank. She is also an instructor and consultant in a number of university sponsored executive education and leadership programs on topics such as Talent Management and Succession Planning. She has taught at the Graduate School of Banking and the Florida School of Banking for over 20 years on leadership-related topics. She is a nationally recognized speaker and consultant whose work background includes senior-level positions with SunTrust Bank where she served as Corporate Training Director, Human Resources Director, Director of Organizational Development, and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Gandy’s expertise includes organizational development, talent management, high-potential program development, internal branding, management development and sales/sales management. She has authored numerous papers, articles and case studies on organizational development topics such as Turning Strategy into Performance, Integrating Marketing and Management and Internal Branding and Competitive Advantage. She is the author of the Interaction Preferences Questionnaire, a popular assessment instrument used for executive coaching and the development of interpersonal skills. Gandy has a bachelor’s degree in Education and a master’s degree in Administration. |
